The correlation between the three-tour alliance and the return of Singapore and Hong Kong is strong. But correlation is not causation. The alliance may have produced the calendar. Both may equally be the output of a larger commercial calculation in Asia, where LIV's International Series and the PGA system are competing for the same ground.
