Next big challenge starts in less than a week and is "Hope You Can Cling To" it is all about raising awareness for breast cancer. Pop over to SCS and have a look.
I managed 17 cards for this VSN although being a hostess, so getting a sneek preview of what we had to do, helped a lot. It was still a mamoth event though and I'm happy with most of what I produced (there's always room for improvement) and yes that is a pumpkin in the middle.

VSN's of course so the two photos below are groups of the cards I did there are individual postings on my SCS gallery if you want a peek follow the link below
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=198941 The first image is of the group of five cards I did for the Mini VSN Spring has Sprung The second group is of the cards done for the main VSN over two days. I got all but one of the challenges done but was exhausted and all carded out for a while The following seven cards are a group of cards done for the Winter Wonderland VSN on Split Coast Stampers (SCS) held in November and December. I have uploaded back to front, dur, so infact what you will see is the last card first and so on. The details of the cards are all in my SCS gallery and each card has a link. I woudl normally have displayed them all together however I had given them away before I coudl get around to it so each one has had to go on seperatly.
Hope you enjoy your visit and feel free to CASE any of the cards you see. The card below was a speacial challenge becaus eby this time of the night it was eleven o'clock it was also 11/11/2011 so this is a rememberance day card and is supposed to depict the poppys on Flanders Fields where so many of our diggers died, here's the link: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2090720?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 This is my favourit card, it took a little while to do as you have to give the salt and water time to react. It is best to let the card dry naturally, which can take up to a day or more. Thsi is card number six of the challenge. More details in my SCS gallery:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2090066?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 This is number five in the challenge, the clouds are done with Spellbinders lables and then covered with flower soft. Once I started using the flower soft I really liked it as you can tell. More details in my SCS gallery:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2089997?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 I think Snowy the snow man came in as the fourth card we did but I'm not sure anyway here he is and for this challenge we had to use flower soft so it's on his hat and he is standing in it! More info in my SCS gallery link below:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2089961?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 This is card number one of the Winter VSN. We had to use felt and have the card look warm and cosy. More details on my SCS gallery link below:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2089770?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 This is the third card and one of my favorits. Penny Black stamp, Spellbindes die, copic colouring etc. More detail in my SCS gallery:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2089878?&cat=500&ppuser=198941 I'm out of sink here this is number two we were suposed to only use a couple of colours in this card and I found that very hard. It is my least favourit card but everyone else seemed to like it. Mor detail on my SCS gallery:
